PUMP CAMP CLASSES
Celebrity choreographer and movement coach Aisha Francis and her Pump Camp certified instructors host weekly, on-going classes created for real women by a real woman. These classes are focused on catering to women of all walks of life and levels of experience. Don't be scared! Grab your pumps and get your ass to class! Aisha utilizes her experience as an industry veteran and pioneer of the heels movement to guide women of all ages, shapes and sizes to embody confidence, unleash their sexy and discover all of what their femininity has to offer. These classes are open level and open to the public. Classes are full of women empowering other women with energy and support. At Pump Camp, we offer a safe place to learn and enhance skills, have fun and grow as a woman and performer. These class experiences are all no judgement zones. She currently offers four weekly, on-going classes held at Aisha's current resident dance studio, Evolution Studios in Los Angeles.
Aisha Francis is an industry expert who's career created a monumental impact on pop culture. Since 2003, Aisha has trained women and entertainment industry icons alike how to be sexy, feel confident and command the stage in a heel with proper lines and technique.

Aisha toured the world as Beyoncé’s right hand dancer, movement coach, dance captain and assistant choreographer. That collaboration lead to Beyoncé winning several Grammy and MTV Music Video awards for the now and forever famous “Crazy in Love” music video. Aisha was the choreographer as well as the co-creator of the video's signature "Uh-oh" Dance. It was Aisha’s work with Beyoncé Knowles that propelled her career as dancer, choreographer, and movement specialist. Other movement and choreography clients include Janet Jackson, Normani, Rihanna, Jason Derulo, Nelly Furtado, Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland, Trey Songz, Nicole Scherzinger, Miguel and on the hit movie “Burlesque”, Kristen Bell, Christina Aguilera and Julianne Hough.
During her time working with Beyoncé, Aisha had the honor of performing for former President Bush and Tina Turner at the Kennedy Center Honor Awards during a Tina Turner tribute, one of her longtime idols. . Aisha has also performed alongside a who's who of the entertainment industry that includes Rihanna, Prince, Cher, Jay-Z, Usher, Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland, Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, Kid Rock, Robin Thicke, Ciara, Jon Secada and Ceelo Green.
Aisha's choreography can be found on your favorite hit television shows. Some of the programs that have featured her work include, Dance Moms, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, Ellen, Little Women: LA, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman and Comic View on BET. Her work has also been featured in many major film projects including “Burlesque”, “Ghostbusters” and “Bring It On: Fight to the Finish”.
SEXY HEELS with Aisha Francis
WEEKLY / MON / 7pm-8:20pm
Open level class that focus on the basics of heels. Learn how to balance and walk in heels, create sexy shapes and lines and whip your hair while making it look good. This class is tailored to the needs of each class, so each class will be as unique as the participants! In this class you will learn how to let go, embody confidence in your pumps and unleash your inner sexy!
What to wear to class?
Pump Camp SEXY HEELS
All participants must wear comfortable clothing, preferably leggings, a tank and a comfortable heel that supports the ankle with grip on the sole. We often do floor work, so please bring knee pads.
PUMP CAMP BENDY
Bring a towel and a mat if you have it! All participants must wear comfortable clothing and it is recommended to bring a change of clothes for after class.
* Make sure to hydrate at least two hours prior to class and after you leave class to avoid dehydration
Water fountain and water for purchase is available at the studio
PUMP CAMP JAZZ
All participants must wear comfortable clothing, preferably leggings or something that fits tightly to show your lines.
No sneakers. Bare feet, socks or jazz shoes are appropriate for this class
